Common questions
Do I need to be a member to get trained?
No — CERT training is free and open to all Arlington residents and workers. Membership is a separate way to support the Foundation so training stays free.
Does my membership renew automatically?
No. There's no stored card and no automatic charge. When your membership nears expiry we'll email a reminder, and you can choose to renew with a new one-time payment.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure pages. ACFI never sees or stores your card number, security code, or expiry.
What information do you keep about me?
Only what we need: your name, email, registration date, and membership status, plus phone and address if you choose to share them. See our Privacy Policy.
